Christmas Caroling 2018

A message from Brian McGann, long-time Regals member, who is organising The Regals' annual Christmas Caroling again this year with members and friends of The Regals Musical Society at two local aged care residences, followed by a Christmas celebration dinner at his home;

"For close to 40 years my wife, Dianne, and I have been organising for Regals members to sing Christmas songs to residents at a number of aged care facilities (once called nursing homes) in the St George area. It’s a wonderful thing to spread a little joy at this time of the year, when there’s so much going on that doesn’t exactly fill you with optimism.

This year you can either leave with us from our place 2-d Milsop Street Bexley at 6.15pm.
Our house is up at the end of the driveway between 2 and 3.

Or you can meet us at the first facility, MENAVILLE RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE HOME, 121 Frederick Street, Rockdale) at 6.25pm

We will then move on to HOMEWOOD CARE SERVICES, 64 Illiffe Street, Bexley at around 7.15pm (park at the rear car park).

Song books will be provided. No rehearsal necessary.
Please dress Christmasy.

Then, if you wish, you're welcome to come (or return to) 2-d Milsop Street for food and whatever it is you wish to drink.

Please bring a plate of food, which doesn’t need to be heated, and whatever you wish to drink, and join us for our Christmas celebration. You are welcome to leave your food and drinks at Milsop Street, while we are out caroling.
